About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and win enterprise-level clients through a multi-threaded prospecting approach
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive outreach and industry networking
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes from cold outreach and discovery to executive alignment and contract negotiation
  • Engage C-suite and senior decision-makers with a consultative sales approach
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Foster long-term client relationships post-sale to identify expansion opportunities
  • Travel approximately 20-40% annually for conferences and client visits

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience leading end-to-end sales cycles
  • Proven experience with light industrial enterprises (supply chain, warehousing, distribution, or 3PL)
  • Track record of closing complex, high-value deals ($200K+) over 6–12 month cycles
  • Experience with multi-threaded sales strategies and relationship development
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
