About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and win enterprise-level clients through a multi-threaded prospecting approach
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive outreach and industry networking
- Manage end-to-end sales processes from cold outreach and discovery to executive alignment and contract negotiation
- Engage C-suite and senior decision-makers with a consultative sales approach
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Foster long-term client relationships post-sale to identify expansion opportunities
- Travel approximately 20-40% annually for conferences and client visits
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience leading end-to-end sales cycles
- Proven experience with light industrial enterprises (supply chain, warehousing, distribution, or 3PL)
- Track record of closing complex, high-value deals ($200K+) over 6–12 month cycles
- Experience with multi-threaded sales strategies and relationship development
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
