About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and demoing the platform to negotiating and closing deals
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets and growth objectives
- Provide mentorship and support to the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to generate qualified pipelines
- Communicate value propositions effectively through professional proposals and presentations
- Act as a market expert by providing insights on market trends, competitor status, and emerging opportunities
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives and strategies to capture key demographics
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and an up-to-date pipeline
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of quota-carrying sales experience
- Strong knowledge of market research, sales methodologies, and negotiating principles
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with exquisite listening abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales operations, and customer success teams
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Superior project and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in SaaS or Martech industries
- B2B sales experience targeting retail, finance, automotive, telecom, BFSI, or travel sectors
