About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and platform demonstrations to negotiation and closing.
  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Provide mentorship and support to Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to build qualified pipelines.
  • Communicate the company value proposition through professional proposals and presentations.
  • Act as a market expert by identifying emerging trends, unmet needs, and competitive shifts.
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives and strategies to capture key demographics.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and an up-to-date pipeline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and active listening skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales engineering, and customer success teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS or Martech industries.
  • Previous experience selling to retail, finance, automotive, telecom, BFSI, or travel sectors.
  • Strong technical aptitude and a passion for finding innovative solutions.
