About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall sales responsibilities, driving growth and hitting or exceeding annual sales targets
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying aware of new products and competition
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through professional proposals and presentations
  • Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads
  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and maintain realistic, up-to-date pipeline forecasts
  • Provide feedback to the team on market trends and unmet customer needs

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of Sales Management experience
  • Experience in the retail, e-commerce, or travel industries
  • Extensive portfolio of Digital, SEO, and SEM agencies
  • Strong relationship-building skills at the executive level
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing
  • High emotional intelligence and superior project/time management skills
