About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage overall sales responsibilities, driving growth and hitting or exceeding annual sales targets
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying aware of new products and competition
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through professional proposals and presentations
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and maintain realistic, up-to-date pipeline forecasts
- Provide feedback to the team on market trends and unmet customer needs
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of Sales Management experience
- Experience in the retail, e-commerce, or travel industries
- Extensive portfolio of Digital, SEO, and SEM agencies
- Strong relationship-building skills at the executive level
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing
- High emotional intelligence and superior project/time management skills
