About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute comprehensive account strategies to achieve business growth and client satisfaction
  • Expand Share-of-Wallet (SoW) by identifying new opportunities across the full portfolio of products and services
  • Manage account-level profitability through strategic planning and pricing discipline
  • Build and maintain strong consultative relationships with C-level and key IT executives
  • Identify and connect customer strategies with HP offerings to build outcome-based sales and business cases
  • Manage sales pipelines and lead regular planning and review meetings with clients and internal teams
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align company resources with client needs

Requirements

  • 7+ years of industry sales experience
  • Proven experience in strategic account management and direct selling
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with senior-level executives
  • Experience in pipeline management and end-to-end profit & loss (P&L) management
  • Strong organizational, program management, and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading account teams on both local and global scales
  • Proficiency in digital and remote selling environments
  • Strong understanding of modern IT services and solutions
  • Curiosity and confidence in adopting new technologies, including AI, to improve sales performance

Benefits

  • Annual on-target earnings (OTE) range of $120,000 to $163,000 (60% salary / 40% incentive)

  • 15 paid vacation days per year (prorated)
