Gradient Labs is building the AI customer operations platform for financial services. Founded in 2023, the company works with major names in banking and fintech to eliminate manual work across customer support and back-office operations using specialist AI agents.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation to closing complex deals
  • Conduct thoughtful discovery and tailor solutions for complex organizations
  • Partner with the AI Delivery team to ensure successful customer implementation
  • Build relationships with C-suite and senior operations or product leaders
  • Co-build sales processes, qualification methods, and account strategies
  • Act as a product evangelist by delivering live demos and tailored presentations

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record of closing six- and seven-figure ACV deals
  • Experience with consultative, value-based sales motions
  • Ability to build and maintain C-suite relationships
  • Strong understanding of the AI agent space
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a high-growth startup environment
