Enterprise Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth within a greenfield territory, managing prospects from lead generation to closing
• Develop tailored account plans for assigned accounts to identify decision-makers and revenue opportunities
• Communicate Gong's value proposition to potential customers to generate excitement
• Refine and optimize messaging to scale outbound prospecting efforts
• Engage and educate senior executives on the Revenue Intelligence industry
• Partner with SDR, Sales, and Sales Engineering teams to develop account-based sales strategies

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in complex SaaS solutions
• 5+ years of enterprise-level sales experience in greenfield territories
• Track record of overachieving revenue targets of $1M+
• Experience closing six-figure deals ($200k+) with complex sales cycles of 9+ months
• Experience selling to C-Suite and CRO stakeholders in organizations with 1,000+ employees
• Proficiency with MEDDPICC or similar value-based selling methodologies
• Strong hunter mentality with success in securing new logos
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
