About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth within a greenfield territory from lead generation to closing
  • Develop tailored account plans for assigned accounts to identify decision-makers and revenue opportunities
  • Communicate Gong's value proposition to potential customers
  • Refine and optimize messaging to scale outbound prospecting efforts
  • Engage and educate senior executives on the Revenue Intelligence industry
  • Partner with SDR, Sales, and Sales Engineering teams to develop account-based strategies

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably selling complex SaaS to Enterprise clients
  • Track record of overachieving revenue targets of $1M+
  • Experience closing six-figure deals in complex sales cycles
  • Experience selling to C-Suite and CROs within enterprise organizations (1,000+ employees)
  • Hunter mentality with success in securing new logos
  • Proficiency in MEDDPICC or similar value-based selling methodologies
  • Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
