Glimpse is the leading AI platform for CPG brands, automating critical back-office workflows like deductions management, revenue recovery, and cash application. Since launching in April 2024, the company has grown to over 200 customers and raised $52M from investors including a16z, 8VC, and Y Combinator.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from executive-level discovery through complex negotiations, procurement, and close.
  • Drive net new revenue by engaging strategic prospects within major CPG brands across finance, accounting, operations, and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Lead multi-threaded deals, managing multiple stakeholders and navigating procurement and legal processes.
  • Develop and execute account plans mapping Glimpse's value to prospect financial workflows and business priorities.
  • Apply structured enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger.
  • Partner with sales leadership and product to define enterprise structure, pricing, and positioning.
  • Build and codify the enterprise sales playbook to establish frameworks for scaling upmarket.
  • Represent Glimpse at industry events and conferences to build pipeline.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or AI-enabled services.
  • Proven track record of closing six-figure and seven-figure deals.
  • Experience engaging and building trust at the CFO, VP Finance, or Controller level.
  • Experience navigating enterprise procurement, legal, and security review cycles.
  • Experience selling to CPG brands.
  • Hands-on experience with modern sales tools like HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, or Fathom.
  • Ability to operate in an early-stage environment.
  • Based in NYC and able to travel approximately 30% for customer meetings and conferences.
  • Exceptional communication skills for boardroom and written interactions.
