Responsibilities
- Build your book of business by closing net-new customers and cross-selling to existing customers
- Uncover and connect with ideal clients through self-prospecting and SDR collaboration
- Consult with new clients to understand their supply chain needs and create value-add solutions
- Navigate and sell Flexport's suite of products across the supply chain lifecycle
- Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Meetings with existing clients to improve supply chain processes
- Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Ocean, Air, Trucking, and Customs
- Lead the customer onboarding process using internal resources
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in freight forwarding, supply chain technology, or sales
- Proven success building or maintaining commercial relationships
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to connect in both virtual and face-to-face environments
- Strong work ethic and ability to learn fast
