Responsibilities

  • Build your book of business by closing net-new customers and cross-selling to existing customers
  • Uncover and connect with ideal clients through self-prospecting and SDR collaboration
  • Consult with new clients to understand their supply chain needs and create value-add solutions
  • Navigate and sell Flexport's suite of products across the supply chain lifecycle
  • Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Meetings with existing clients to improve supply chain processes
  • Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Ocean, Air, Trucking, and Customs
  • Lead the customer onboarding process using internal resources

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in freight forwarding, supply chain technology, or sales
  • Proven success building or maintaining commercial relationships
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to connect in both virtual and face-to-face environments
  • Strong work ethic and ability to learn fast
