Enterprise Account Executive

About the Company

Feathery automates data intake workflows for enterprise companies across financial services, healthcare, and other regulated industries. Customers use Feathery to power mission-critical workflows like insurance underwriting, client onboarding, account openings, loan origination, and patient intake.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new enterprise accounts across key verticals
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close
• Conduct discovery to understand customer needs and business challenges
• Deliver tailored demos and presentations for different stakeholders
• Navigate complex buying processes and multi-stakeholder deals
• Partner with product and engineering to communicate customer needs
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and demand generation initiatives

Requirements

• Experience selling SaaS in enterprise deals ($100k–$1M+ ARR)
• Track record of high achievement in quota-carrying roles
• Strong consultative selling skills
• Experience building pipeline through outbound prospecting
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling into financial services or other regulated industries
• Existing network within insurance or wealth management
• Experience selling complex or technical products
• Background at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
