About the role
Responsibilities
- Run the full sales cycle for complex enterprise and OEM deals from discovery to close
- Sell transaction and licensure layers to OEMs and enterprise partners
- Build and scale OEM-to-dealer-network programs to drive adoption
- Structure and close strategic channel partnerships for massive distribution
- Expand into large, multi-rooftop dealer group opportunities
- Collaborate with product and operations to translate deal requirements into product roadmaps
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience closing complex B2B enterprise deals
- Deep credibility with OEMs, dealer networks, or adjacent enterprise buyers
- Proven ability to navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles including legal and procurement
- Strong commercial instincts regarding pricing, packaging, and negotiation
- High-output operator with disciplined pipeline management in HubSpot
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build repeatable processes from scratch
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience in the automotive, powersports, or marine OEM ecosystem
- Familiarity with dealer workflows such as floorplan financing, F&I, and DMS
- Experience designing partner and distribution programs
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet with partners and attend industry events
