About the role

Responsibilities

  • Run the full sales cycle for complex enterprise and OEM deals from discovery to close
  • Sell transaction and licensure layers to OEMs and enterprise partners
  • Build and scale OEM-to-dealer-network programs to drive adoption
  • Structure and close strategic channel partnerships for massive distribution
  • Expand into large, multi-rooftop dealer group opportunities
  • Collaborate with product and operations to translate deal requirements into product roadmaps

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience closing complex B2B enterprise deals
  • Deep credibility with OEMs, dealer networks, or adjacent enterprise buyers
  • Proven ability to navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles including legal and procurement
  • Strong commercial instincts regarding pricing, packaging, and negotiation
  • High-output operator with disciplined pipeline management in HubSpot
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build repeatable processes from scratch

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience in the automotive, powersports, or marine OEM ecosystem
  • Familiarity with dealer workflows such as floorplan financing, F&I, and DMS
  • Experience designing partner and distribution programs
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet with partners and attend industry events
