About the role

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business sales from named accounts and prospects in selected territories
  • Use a consultative sales process to sell a cloud-based deal management platform
  • Achieve quarterly sales objectives and build future pipelines
  • Research businesses and map organizations to identify key decision makers
  • Develop effective account and territory plans
  • Sell to the C-Suite of prominent real estate investment firms
  • Advocate for target customers with the product development team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B Enterprise SaaS sales experience
  • Experience selling to the C-Suite in Commercial Real Estate or Financial Services
  • Proficiency using Salesforce
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
