About the role
Responsibilities
- Generate new business sales from named accounts and prospects in selected territories
- Use a consultative sales process to sell a cloud-based deal management platform
- Achieve quarterly sales objectives and build future pipelines
- Research businesses and map organizations to identify key decision makers
- Develop effective account and territory plans
- Sell to the C-Suite of prominent real estate investment firms
- Advocate for target customers with the product development team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 3+ years of quota-carrying B2B Enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Experience selling to the C-Suite in Commercial Real Estate or Financial Services
- Proficiency using Salesforce
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
