About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with CIOs, IT executives, LOB executives, and Program Managers
  • Drive value-based growth and expand the Databricks footprint into new business units
  • Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
  • Track customer details, use cases, and forecasting in Salesforce
  • Promote the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform powered by Apache Spark and Delta Lake
  • Use a solution-based approach to selling and creating value for customers

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Enterprise Sales experience exceeding quotas in large accounts
  • Previous field sales experience in Big Data, Cloud, SaaS, or consumption selling
  • Proven track record of managing a small set of enterprise accounts
  • Existing customer relationships with CIOs and essential decision makers
  • Ability to simplify technical capabilities into value-based benefits
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience navigating early-stage company environments
