About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategy for the Northeast region and named U.S. accounts
  • Establish relationships with Director, VP, and C-suite level decision makers
  • Achieve or exceed annual territory revenue goals through new customer acquisition and up-selling
  • Identify new prospects and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Build and maintain effective partner relationships with Microsoft and resellers
  • Use Salesforce and LinkedIn Navigator to manage prospect information and forecasts
  • Lead the solution selling process in partnership with Systems Engineering

Requirements

  • 7+ years of software sales experience selling enterprise software or SaaS solutions
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets with senior-level influencers (CIO, CISO, VP-IT)
  • Experience collaborating with internal groups including channel, demand gen, and customer success
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate complex enterprise deals and overcome customer objections
  • Success working in fast-growth environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Understanding of the data management market, competitors, and industry trends
