Responsibilities
- Land and expand Compa’s presence within innovative enterprise organizations
- Drive strategic deals by targeting key peer companies in an anchor tenant strategy
- Own the full sales cycle from creative prospecting to closing
- Collaborate closely with marketing, insights, and product teams to drive results
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals
- Experience selling into HR, People, or Compensation teams at large enterprise companies
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and build relationships with VP- and C-level stakeholders
- Creative and persistent prospecting skills
- Strong consultative selling and storytelling abilities
- Self-starter mentality with comfort working in ambiguity
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Preferred Qualifications
- Background working with or selling into Compensation or Total Rewards functions
- Interest in agentic AI technologies and enterprise AI adoption
- Experience contributing to early-stage product or GTM strategy in a startup environment
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
