Enterprise Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Land and expand Compa’s presence within innovative enterprise organizations
• Drive strategic deals by targeting key peer companies in an anchor tenant strategy
• Own the full sales cycle from creative prospecting to closing
• Collaborate closely with marketing, insights, and product teams to drive results

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
• Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals
• Experience selling into HR, People, or Compensation teams at large enterprise companies
• Ability to manage long sales cycles and build relationships with VP- and C-level stakeholders
• Creative and persistent prospecting skills
• Strong consultative selling and storytelling abilities
• Self-starter mentality with comfort working in ambiguity
• Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Preferred Qualifications

• Background working with or selling into Compensation or Total Rewards functions
• Interest in agentic AI technologies and enterprise AI adoption
• Experience contributing to early-stage product or GTM strategy in a startup environment
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
