Commure is building the AI Operating System for healthcare, providing a platform that spans the full care journey, including Ambient AI, intelligent Agents, and autonomous RCM processing. The company supports over 500,000 clinicians across 500+ healthcare organizations nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
  • Deliver tailored, consultative solutions to address client needs
  • Drive and close large deals exceeding $1M
  • Accurately track customer contact, deal management, and sales forecasts
  • Identify and capitalize on land-and-expand opportunities within the enterprise visibility platform
  • Cultivate relationships with industry decision-makers and thought leaders

Requirements

  • 8+ years of healthcare sales experience selling into large healthcare systems
  • Proven experience engaging C-level executives (CNOs, CIOs, CTOs) and operational leaders
  • Expertise in managing complex sales cycles and building pipelines
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and sales goals
  • Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Strong consultative sales skills and ability to articulate business outcomes
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, early-stage company environments
