Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract negotiation
- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
- Deliver tailored, consultative solutions to address client needs
- Drive and close large deals exceeding $1M
- Accurately track customer contact, deal management, and sales forecasts
- Identify and capitalize on land-and-expand opportunities within the enterprise visibility platform
- Cultivate relationships with industry decision-makers and thought leaders
Requirements
- 8+ years of healthcare sales experience selling into large healthcare systems
- Proven experience engaging C-level executives (CNOs, CIOs, CTOs) and operational leaders
- Expertise in managing complex sales cycles and building pipelines
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and sales goals
- Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC)
- Strong consultative sales skills and ability to articulate business outcomes
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, early-stage company environments
