Enterprise Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Sell Comcast Commercial Internet, Video, and Voice services to mid-size and large businesses
• Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations to prospective clients
• Develop sales territories through cold calling, canvassing, and cultivating local partnerships
• Generate new leads through targeted prospecting and customer referrals
• Maintain customer relationships to drive retention and ensure a superior customer experience
• Stay informed on the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position services effectively
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular activity reports

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant sales experience
• Strong prospecting and cold calling skills
• Knowledge of Network Design and MAN technologies (including DSx, OC-x, WDM, and Ethernet)
• Knowledge of VoIP and Voice Network Technologies
• Knowledge of Data Networking Technologies (LAN, MAN, WAN, VPN)
• Understanding of Networking Protocols (Layers 1, 2, and 3) and Customer Premise Equipment
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
