Enterprise Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Sell Comcast Commercial Internet, Video, and Voice services to mid-size and large businesses
• Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations to prospective clients
• Develop sales territories through prospecting, cold calling, canvassing, and local partnerships
• Maintain and build customer relationships to drive retention and ensure a superior customer experience
• Stay informed on the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position Comcast Business effectively
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular activity reports
• Manage work priorities and act as a resource for less experienced colleagues

Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales or account management
• Knowledge of Network Design and MAN technologies (including DSx, OC-x, WDM, and Ethernet)
• Knowledge of VoIP, Data Networking, and Networking Protocols (Layers 1, 2, and 3)
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
