Responsibilities

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle in Germany, helping leading food distributors adopt AI-driven solutions
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for large and complex organizations
  • Build pipeline through prospecting, executive engagement, and deep account planning
  • Lead complex sales processes involving senior decision-makers and procurement teams
  • Drive discovery, business case development, and commercial negotiations
  • Collaborate with Product, Solutions, Customer Success, and Marketing teams
  • Translate customer challenges into insights to influence product strategy

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Proven track record of selling to enterprise organizations
  • Success in closing complex, high-value deals
  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes
  • Strong executive presence for strategic conversations
  • Native or C2 German fluency
  • Professional English proficiency
  • Disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting
