Bretton runs AI-native operations for the financial back office. OCC, Fed and FDIC regulated banks use Bretton AI to run compliance, risk, fraud, and operations on one platform, on their own data and policies, with every output traced, cited, and audit-ready.

Responsibilities

  • Engage executive stakeholders and multithread across large financial institutions to navigate complex sales cycles
  • Deliver compelling demos and presentations to compliance and risk leaders
  • Lead pricing and contract negotiations in highly regulated environments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions and inform go-to-market strategy
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting and relationship building

Requirements

  • 5+ years of success in B2B Enterprise sales with a proven track record of exceeding quota
  • Experience selling technical products to the financial services industry (compliance, risk, or security)
  • Experience with complex sales cycles and deal sizes ranging from six figures to $1M+
  • Ability to sell to technical stakeholders and C-level executives
  • Self-starter with a builder mentality and ability to operate independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience at a startup or on a founding sales team
  • Background in financial services or fintech sales
  • Experience selling into compliance, risk, or regulatory functions
  • Track record of success at high-growth B2B software companies
