About the role
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute strategic territory plans to develop new enterprise accounts with $1-10bn in revenue across the UKI.
- Drive complex enterprise sales cycles using rigorous deal strategy and structured qualification methodologies like MEDDPICC.
- Sell comprehensive platform solutions to C-suite executives (CFOs, Controllers) and IT stakeholders.
- Build and lead virtual teams, orchestrating Subject Matter Experts, Partners, and internal stakeholders to drive deals forward.
- Translate strategic activities into a predictable sales pipeline to consistently deliver on revenue targets and quota attainment.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a top performer who consistently overachieves sales quotas.
- Experience navigating large enterprise organizations and engaging both IT and business units.
- Strong account planning and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce for maintaining meticulous records.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to influence decisions in multi-stakeholder environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at major ERP or platform vendors such as Workday, SAP, or Salesforce.
- Background in consulting or partner organizations that support enterprise ERP implementations.
