Enterprise Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute strategic territory plans to develop new enterprise accounts with $1-10bn in revenue across the UKI.
• Drive complex enterprise sales cycles using rigorous deal strategy and structured qualification methodologies like MEDDPICC.
• Sell comprehensive platform solutions to C-suite executives (CFOs, Controllers) and IT stakeholders.
• Build and lead virtual teams, orchestrating Subject Matter Experts, Partners, and internal stakeholders to drive deals forward.
• Translate strategic activities into a predictable sales pipeline to consistently deliver on revenue targets and quota attainment.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a top performer who consistently overachieves sales quotas.
• Experience navigating large enterprise organizations and engaging both IT and business units.
• Strong account planning and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce for maintaining meticulous records.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to influence decisions in multi-stakeholder environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at major ERP or platform vendors such as Workday, SAP, or Salesforce.
• Background in consulting or partner organizations that support enterprise ERP implementations.
