About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and manage leads to build a 3-5X pipeline within the assigned territory
  • Focus on closing business with enterprise companies (1000+ employees)
  • Manage and report sales pipeline within the CRM to ensure accurate quarterly revenue visibility
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage new partners to drive proactive demand generation
  • Develop and execute regional partner plans and joint business plans with marketing
  • Track and manage inbound and outbound lead flow between partners and the Bitwarden sales team
  • Set and achieve financial goals for focus partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4-8 years of outside high-tech IT sales experience
  • Proven track record of driving partner growth and achieving annual quota targets
  • Strong relationships with SMB/SME focused resellers and MSP partners
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Gsuite, and MS Office
  • Exceptional communication, listening, and public speaking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote, startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IT security product sales
  • Experience working at a startup or a company with pre-$100M revenue
  • Existing relationships with top VARs and Integrators
