About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition for Enterprise accounts using Bandwidth's full suite of voice, messaging, and emergency services products
- Own the full sales cycle from initial discovery through commercial and contractual negotiations
- Partner with prospective accounts to support their migration of voice, 911, and messaging solutions to the cloud
- Collaborate with the Sales Development team to generate strategic pipeline opportunities
- Identify and develop new account relationships through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and partner account mapping
- Navigate multiple levels within target accounts by building cross-functional relationships with decision makers
- Proactively manage and update your sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience selling technical products into Enterprise organizations
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new logo sales quotas
- Experience selling CPaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, or telecom technologies
- Ability to build relationships with director-level and above decision makers in IT, operations, and procurement
- Strong prospecting skills and experience managing the full closing sales cycle
- Solid understanding of technical concepts and the complexities of integrating communications technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience collaborating with Channel Partners to drive new business opportunities
- Knowledge of telecom technologies such as SIP
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
