About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition for Enterprise accounts by selling Bandwidth's full suite of voice, messaging, and emergency services products
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial discovery through commercial and contractual negotiations
  • Partner with prospective accounts to support their migration of voice, 911, and messaging solutions to the cloud
  • Collaborate with the Sales Development team to generate strategic pipeline opportunities
  • Identify and develop new account relationships through inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and partner account mapping
  • Navigate multiple levels within target accounts to build cross-functional relationships with decision-makers
  • Proactively manage and update your sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience selling technical products into Enterprise organizations
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new logo sales quotas
  • Experience selling CPaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, or telecom technologies
  • Ability to build relationships with director-level and above decision-makers in IT, operations, and procurement
  • Strong prospecting skills and experience managing the full closing sales cycle
  • Solid understanding of technical concepts and the complexities of integrating communications technologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience collaborating with Channel Partners to drive new opportunities
  • Knowledge of telecom technologies such as SIP
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
