Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales engagements, closing significant enterprise deals in financial services and insurance
- Understand and articulate customer pain points, demonstrating how Automat’s generative AI platform provides transformative benefits
- Manage and navigate lengthy enterprise sales cycles (6-12+ months)
- Build and sustain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Work closely with leadership and technical teams to ensure alignment on customer solutions
- Stay ahead of industry trends to establish Automat as a thought leader in intelligent automation
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in enterprise SaaS sales
- Experience in automation, AI, or related technology
- Track record closing substantial enterprise deals ($500K+) within Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services
- Strong consultative selling skills
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for senior executives
- Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills with C-level stakeholders
