Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end sales engagements, closing significant enterprise deals in financial services and insurance
  • Understand and articulate customer pain points, demonstrating how Automat’s generative AI platform provides transformative benefits
  • Manage and navigate lengthy enterprise sales cycles (6-12+ months)
  • Build and sustain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
  • Work closely with leadership and technical teams to ensure alignment on customer solutions
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to establish Automat as a thought leader in intelligent automation

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in enterprise SaaS sales
  • Experience in automation, AI, or related technology
  • Track record closing substantial enterprise deals ($500K+) within Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services
  • Strong consultative selling skills
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for senior executives
  • Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills with C-level stakeholders
