About the role

About the Company

Amperos is healthcare's first AI-native denial management and revenue recovery platform. Our agentic AI works claims end-to-end, from portal follow-ups and payor calls to appeals and medical records, so providers can resolve more denials, recover more revenue, and focus on what matters most: serving patients.

Responsibilities

  • Win new business and drive revenue within provider groups, hospitals, and health systems
  • Navigate complex healthcare organizations to reach key decision-makers and own the full sales cycle
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed quota
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations highlighting AI automation for claim collections
  • Build relationships with C-suite executives including CFOs, COOs, and CROs
  • Identify and execute upsell opportunities and manage customer engagement
  • Partner with founders and product teams to refine sales messaging and processes
  • Surface market intelligence to inform the product roadmap

Requirements

  • 3+ years of enterprise sales experience in healthcare or complex multi-stakeholder industries
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Deep understanding of healthcare buying cycles and provider organization pain points
  • Full-stack sales experience from prospecting through close and expansion
  • Ability to operate in an early-stage environment and help build processes
  • Strong project management and executive presence
  • Ability to translate complex technology into clear business value

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in RCM, healthcare administration, or revenue cycle technology
  • Experience with agentic AI products in a healthcare context
