About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end advertising conversations across the McDonald’s corporate team
- Drive product/feature adoption to grow advertiser value and sustainable revenue
- Represent advertiser needs to influence the Ads & Promos product roadmap
- Manage a robust sales pipeline and create annual and quarterly plans
- Co-develop pitch materials and processes to enable future scale
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in digital media
- Consultative selling expertise
- Proficiency in using data and insights to inform recommendations
- Understanding of digital ads measurement, attribution, and funnel metrics
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Experience operating across multiple levels of an organization
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline for short- and mid-term impact
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with restaurant advertisers or similar industries
