About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end advertising conversations across the McDonald’s corporate team
  • Drive product/feature adoption to grow advertiser value and sustainable revenue
  • Represent advertiser needs to influence the Ads & Promos product roadmap
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline and create annual and quarterly plans
  • Co-develop pitch materials and processes to enable future scale

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital media
  • Consultative selling expertise
  • Proficiency in using data and insights to inform recommendations
  • Understanding of digital ads measurement, attribution, and funnel metrics
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Experience operating across multiple levels of an organization
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline for short- and mid-term impact

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with restaurant advertisers or similar industries
