Enterprise Account Director

Responsibilities

• Own long-term success and commercial growth for a portfolio of enterprise clients
• Develop and execute tailored account success plans aligned with client objectives
• Identify expansion opportunities through deep understanding of client priorities
• Partner with Sales to support renewals, upsells, and strategic expansions
• Lead high-impact client engagements including executive business reviews and workshops
• Serve as the primary point of contact across the full client lifecycle
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Data, and Delivery teams
• Act as an internal advocate for enterprise clients to communicate risks and opportunities
• Represent Later externally at industry events and executive networking forums

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in strategic account management, customer success, or enterprise sales
• Proven experience working with enterprise brands in influencer or social marketing
• Experience navigating complex enterprise buying cycles and multi-stakeholder environments
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel as needed to support key client relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within regulated or highly restricted industries
• Track record of building relationships with C-suite leaders and VPs
