About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop a strategic BFSI sales territory across NSW and Queensland, managing both existing accounts and new-logo opportunities.
  • Identify, shape, and progress large-scale transformation opportunities across Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS, including ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, and CX/CRM.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from initial account strategy and opportunity creation through to negotiation and close.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders across finance, HR, technology, and operations.
  • Develop compelling value propositions that connect Oracle Cloud Applications to specific customer outcomes like operational resilience and agility.
  • Partner with pre-sales, consulting, customer success, and marketing teams to deliver comprehensive customer engagements.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and consistent execution against revenue goals.

Requirements

  • Proven success in enterprise software sales, specifically within SaaS and cloud applications.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and closing large, complex software deals within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
  • Extensive experience selling into the Australian BFSI market, particularly large banking organizations.
  • Strong value-based selling capabilities, including business case creation and ROI articulation.
  • Ability to navigate multi-layered decision processes and engage senior business and technology stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications or comparable enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Experience selling across multiple application domains such as finance, HR, supply chain, or customer experience.
  • Familiarity with banking transformation priorities, including regulatory change, digital modernization, and risk management.
  • Experience working within a matrixed global technology organization.
