ENT Account Manager

Playground is working to make excellent child care accessible to all. We have built best-in-class software to manage all aspects of running a child care business, allowing providers to focus on care while our platform manages the administrative work.

Responsibilities

• Build deep, multi-threaded connections with enterprise clients to understand their needs and goals
• Implement strategies to minimize churn and drive increased activation and engagement
• Identify opportunities to expand platform usage through upselling and cross-selling
• Deliver training sessions, webinars, and tailored resources to educate clients
• Track customer health metrics and proactively address risks to boost satisfaction
• Partner with the Product team to provide customer feedback and champion enhancements
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and opportunities in the CRM

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management within a SaaS company
• Experience serving Mid-Market or Enterprise clients
• Proven track record of managing a book of business
• Experience carrying a quota and managing contract renewals
• Strong upsell and expansion strategy execution skills
• Proficiency with CRM software and customer success tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

• Experience in the early childcare industry
