Enrollment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional front-line customer service to students regarding registration, financial aid, placement testing, and student records
• Serve as a primary point of contact for students, parents, and stakeholders, providing accurate information on enrollment processes and institutional policies
• Resolve complex student issues and multi-departmental challenges through proactive record review and informed decision-making
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all student interactions within the college’s student information system
• Provide support through multiple channels, including in-person, phone, email, and digital platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless student support and accurate information dissemination

Requirements

• Associate's degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience
• Proficiency in utilizing data and maintaining accuracy within information systems such as Colleague or CRM software
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
