Enrollment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with prospective participants and caregivers to support enrollment growth
• Manage the end-to-end enrollment journey as a case manager for prospective participants
• Review, process, and update applications and required documentation
• Coordinate enrollment activities including participant communications and follow-up
• Conduct enrollment visits in participants' homes, at the center, or virtually
• Identify and resolve barriers to enrollment by coordinating resources
• Maintain accurate enrollment documentation and participant records in compliance with regulations
• Monitor enrollment performance metrics to prioritize work and drive continuous improvement
• Represent the organization professionally to support outreach and referral development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Minimum of one year of experience in healthcare sales, enrollment, customer success, or business development
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and guide individuals through complex decisions
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn CRM and enrollment management systems
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation, and automobile insurance
• Ability to travel throughout the service area
• Active CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire
• Ability to meet participant-facing health requirements including TB screening and immunizations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in PACE, Medicare, Medicaid, or managed care environments
• Knowledge of CMS and federal/state regulatory requirements for enrollment
• Bilingual skills in Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese
