Enrollment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Emmanuel University to prospective students, including commuters, transfers, international, and traditional undergraduates
• Conduct outbound phone calls and respond to inquiries via email and text to engage prospective students
• Provide guidance on admissions processes, program fit, financial aid, and transfer guidelines
• Coordinate and participate in admissions and recruitment events at various locations
• Assist with the inquiry, application, and enrollment process during peak periods

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time to churches, high schools, and recruitment fairs
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
• Commitment to the mission and values of Emmanuel University, including Christian witness and faith integration

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in student recruitment or sales
• Prior experience in university admissions and recruitment
• Experience with CRM systems, Student Information Systems (SIS), or Canvas
• Knowledge of marketing and sales strategies
• A clean driving record
