Responsibilities

  • Review and authenticate consumer documents for completeness and official status
  • Navigate the enrollment database to enter demographic and relevant consumer information
  • Scan authenticated official documents into the database
  • Finalize and submit complete Fair Fare application packages
  • Notify consumers of missing documentation and provide guidance on obtaining official documents
  • Coordinate communication and present information to community audiences via public speaking and informational materials

Requirements

  • High school graduation or equivalent
  • Three years of experience in community work or community-centered activities
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive documents with confidentiality and discretion
