About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Slate CRM system, including report writing, application processes, and data management for multiple admission offices
  • Design and implement communications and forms within Slate
  • Maintain and enhance processes within ancillary systems, in-house technology, and the student information system (Colleague)
  • Perform data analysis, management, validation, and query writing
  • Provide CRM documentation and training to staff
  • Assist with application processing and other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with project collaboration and teamwork
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to end users and campus stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States (sponsorship not provided)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of experience in enrollment operations and/or recruitment
  • Proficiency with admissions/enrollment technology in a higher education environment
  • Direct experience with an admissions CRM
