About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Slate CRM system, including report writing, application processes, and data management for multiple admission offices
- Design and implement communications and forms within Slate
- Maintain and enhance processes within ancillary systems, in-house technology, and the student information system (Colleague)
- Perform data analysis, management, validation, and query writing
- Provide CRM documentation and training to staff
- Assist with application processing and other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with project collaboration and teamwork
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to end users and campus stakeholders
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States (sponsorship not provided)
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in enrollment operations and/or recruitment
- Proficiency with admissions/enrollment technology in a higher education environment
- Direct experience with an admissions CRM
