Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to prospective student inquiries from various marketing channels
• Conduct consultative interviews to assess educational and career goals
• Guide prospective students through program selection and enrollment procedures
• Maintain consistent communication via phone, text, email, and virtual meetings
• Manage a high-volume lead pipeline within the CRM system
• Conduct outbound calls and schedule campus tours
• Collaborate with Financial Aid and Academic departments to support enrollment
• Adhere to all institutional policies and ethical admissions standards

Requirements

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Minimum of two years of experience in admissions, inside sales, customer service, or recruiting
• Demonstrated success in a goal-driven environment
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Higher education admissions experience
• Experience recruiting students in nursing or healthcare-focused programs
