About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the College Welcome Center to ensure a student-centered environment
- Establish and monitor customer service standards and operational efficiency
- Coordinate cross-training for staff across Admissions, Financial Aid, Registration, and Student Accounts
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between various enrollment departments
- Support enrollment initiatives, registration events, orientation programs, and recruitment activities
- Manage and maintain Banner and other student information systems
- Maintain electronic records and document management systems like OnBase
- Ensure compliance with college policies, SUNY guidelines, FERPA, and state/federal regulations
Requirements
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Three years of progressively responsible experience in higher education enrollment services, admissions, or student services
- Experience coordinating customer service operations
- Experience using Banner
- Demonstrated knowledge of admissions, financial aid, registration, or student accounts
