About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the College Welcome Center to ensure a student-centered environment
  • Establish and monitor customer service standards and operational efficiency
  • Coordinate cross-training for staff across Admissions, Financial Aid, Registration, and Student Accounts
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison between various enrollment departments
  • Support enrollment initiatives, registration events, orientation programs, and recruitment activities
  • Manage and maintain Banner and other student information systems
  • Maintain electronic records and document management systems like OnBase
  • Ensure compliance with college policies, SUNY guidelines, FERPA, and state/federal regulations

Requirements

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Three years of progressively responsible experience in higher education enrollment services, admissions, or student services
  • Experience coordinating customer service operations
  • Experience using Banner
  • Demonstrated knowledge of admissions, financial aid, registration, or student accounts
