About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students through one-on-one meetings and recruitment events.
- Manage the full enrollment lifecycle, guiding applicants through the admissions pipeline.
- Partner with academic departments to streamline workflows and understand program requirements.
- Act as a liaison between prospective students and university departments.
- Participate in department meetings and contribute to professional development and training.
- Support the university's mission by serving as a minister of the gospel within a Christ-centered community.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1+ years of experience in admissions at a private university or related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Working knowledge of CRM technology.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally for recruitment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree.
- 2+ years of experience in admissions at a private university.
