Enrollment Counselor

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective students through one-on-one meetings and recruitment events.
• Manage the full enrollment lifecycle, guiding applicants through the admissions pipeline.
• Partner with academic departments to streamline workflows and understand program requirements.
• Act as a liaison between prospective students and university departments.
• Participate in department meetings and contribute to professional development and training.
• Support the university's mission by serving as a minister of the gospel within a Christ-centered community.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1+ years of experience in admissions at a private university or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Working knowledge of CRM technology.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
• Ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally for recruitment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree.
• 2+ years of experience in admissions at a private university.
