Enrollment Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective online students via inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced contact center environment
• Provide world-class customer service by actively listening to student needs and answering inquiries professionally
• Warm transfer calls and schedule appointments with the Enrollment Concierge team
• Collect and input accurate, detailed information into the CRM to ensure proper database management
• Meet daily and weekly performance benchmarks and individual/team goals
• Maintain professional telephone and email etiquette while managing stress effectively
• Participate in continual professional development to ensure service excellence

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 1 year of professional experience
• Strong computer skills and ability to utilize various software systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, sales, support, or customer service
• Experience working in a contact center or call center environment
