Enrollment Communications Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of segmented communication campaigns within Slate to support recruitment, application, and enrollment goals.
• Manage the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of social media channels, specifically Instagram, and oversee student content creators.
• Maintain and update Admission and New Student website content to ensure accuracy and alignment with enrollment priorities.
• Manage communication workflows for on- and off-campus events, including registration forms, automated reminders, and follow-up communications.
• Coordinate print and promotional materials in partnership with the Office of Marketing & Communications.
• Evaluate first-year and transfer applications as part of the admission process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field.
• Three years of professional experience in communications or marketing.
• Experience developing and executing digital communication campaigns using a CRM or marketing automation platform.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
• Basic design skills using tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Five years of professional experience in communications or marketing.
• Direct experience with Slate by Technolutions.
• Experience in higher education, admissions, or student-facing communications.
• Familiarity with social media content planning and website content management (CMS).
