About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist current and prospective students, families, and the community by providing information on recruiting, admissions, enrollment, financial aid, and student accounts.
- Support the business office, cross-campus departments, and non-credit functions at the Urban campus.
- Provide guidance on student services processes to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience in recruitment, promotions, admissions, financial aid, advising, or related experience in an educational setting.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency with current software applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within an educational institution, specifically in student services.
- Knowledge of educational databases such as Banner, PeopleSoft, Blumen, or Datatel.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to speak and understand a language in addition to English.
