Enrollment Advisor (Account Management)

Responsibilities

• Build and manage strategic relationships with high school counselors and educators to drive Bachelor program enrollment.
• Conduct regular fieldwork and face-to-face engagement within the local market to represent the Hult brand.
• Identify new business development opportunities and build counselor portfolios through proactive outreach.
• Educate stakeholders on Hult's mission, values, and innovative learning approach.
• Plan and execute recruitment events for students and counselors throughout the enrollment cycle.
• Maintain accurate student and school pipeline data using Salesforce.
• Analyze relationship engagement and school performance metrics to adjust outreach strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in both English and Italian.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, or a related role.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel locally for fieldwork and direct engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the higher education sector.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
