Enrichment Instructor

Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and lead enrichment programs within the YMCA after school programs
• Teach basic skills in areas such as art, dance, STEAM, cooking, Spanish, or robotics
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and community members
• Support the YMCA mission and values while working with youth development
• Provide flexibility to assist within after school and camp programs as needed

Requirements

• Over 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with children
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
• Ability to provide own transportation and travel to different school locations within Leander ISD
• Willingness to learn new skills and subjects
