About the role
Responsibilities
- Teach a variety of youth enrichment programs including sports, soccer, karate, dance, or STEM-themed medical activities
- Lead age-appropriate classes for children ages 18 months through elementary school
- Manage groups of children independently while fostering confidence, teamwork, and discipline
- Travel between various program locations to deliver classes
Requirements
- Passion for working with children (18 months to elementary age)
- Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality
- Ability to lead groups of children independently
- Reliable transportation for travel between program locations
- Availability for part-time hours (15-20 hours per week) including weekday and Saturday morning sessions
