Enrichment Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support educational visit administration, logistics, documentation, and parent communications via SchoolsBuddy.
• Coordinate the planning, administration, and delivery of the Extracurricular Activities (ECA) programme.
• Manage sports logistics, including fixtures, tournaments, student registrations, and results tracking.
• Oversee Duke of Edinburgh (DoE) registrations and support trip planning and delivery.
• Assist with private music lesson scheduling and liaison with external providers.
• Provide administrative support for summer camp operations and facility bookings.
• Analyse participation data and administer feedback surveys to ensure programme quality.
• Maintain compliance documentation for external providers and partners.

Requirements

• Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and experience with school management systems.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with parents, staff, and external partners.
• Ability to remain calm, resilient, and solution-focused under pressure.
• A proactive, process-oriented approach with a focus on improving efficiency.
• Professionalism and a commitment to following school policies and safeguarding standards.
