Enhancement Marketing Analyst, Senior

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory oversight and First Line of Defense (FLOD) monitoring, documentation, and reporting for add-on products.
• Drive revenue-generating strategies and enhancement marketing initiatives to grow client relationships.
• Manage vendor relationships, including training, daily management, trend analysis, and quality assurance.
• Oversee program risk management, including the identification and resolution of potential issues and regulatory implications.
• Manage client relationships by supporting brands, onboarding new clients, and participating in revenue analysis meetings.
• Handle escalated complaint processes, performing root cause analysis and driving resolutions through Salesforce.
• Manage technical system setups, including third-party billing systems and product code configurations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Call Center Solutions, or Call Quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or Operations Management.
• More than five years of experience within a financial institution or strong credit experience.
