English Training Officer

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective English training programs to improve communication skills across the organization
• Develop engaging learning materials and structured training modules aligned with business needs
• Support L&D initiatives and contribute to capability development across various functions
• Manage multiple training schedules and adapt teaching approaches for mixed-level learners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English Education, Linguistics, or a related field
• Proven experience as an English Teacher or Trainer (full-time or freelance)
• Strong capability in lesson planning and training material development
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills to engage participants
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
• Basic digital literacy, including proficiency in PowerPoint and LMS or e-learning tools
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
• Willingness to be based onsite in Cikarang, Kab. Bekasi, West Java

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest or professional experience in corporate Learning & Development (L&D)
• Experience developing structured training modules or curriculum
• Familiarity with digital learning tools such as Articulate, Canva, or various LMS platforms
• Experience facilitating group discussions, workshops, or employee training programs
• Ambition to grow into a broader Training Officer or L&D role
