English Teacher

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored, dynamic, and engaging in-person English lessons to two young children (ages 3 and 5)
• Develop customized curricula based on the learners' proficiency levels and specific needs
• Monitor student progress and guide learners toward their fundamental language goals
• Communicate effectively and professionally with the family regarding learning outcomes

Requirements

• Native or near-native English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Degree or certificate in language teaching, education, linguistics, or a related field
• Minimum of two years of teaching experience
• Ability to provide in-person lessons in White Plains, New York

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience teaching young children
• Ability to engage students through music, singing, games, and handicrafts
