English Teacher

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum standards for Grades 6–8.
• Teach core language skills including reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, and vocabulary.
• Develop students' analytical and critical thinking abilities through literature and language activities.
• Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning needs and abilities.
• Integrate educational technology and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
• Establish and maintain a safe, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
• Design and administer formative and summative assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and academic progress.
• Identify students requiring additional support and implement intervention strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in English, English Literature, or a related field.
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in English at the middle school level.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in educational technology and digital learning platforms.
• Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in English or Education.
• Experience teaching the CBSE curriculum.
• Previous experience working in UAE schools.
